Product Description of our TDB-250F Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
This is our TDB-250F model extrusion blow molding machine, it can make 100L- 250L big chemical drums, in double ring tight head design and also open top design. The output of the 200L chemical drums may reach to around 20-24 bph. If equipped with 3 layers configuration, can produce the drums in 3 layers, you can use the recycled plastic materials in the middle layer to save the material cost. Further more, the 210L drum produced by our machine(before delivery, we will do the debugging and test the mold, produce the drums to qualified quality, then save the data file for customer to easy start) is strong enough to do the drop test from 3 meters high.
By the way, the bottom blowing unit on our extrusion blow molding machine is unique in the market, it is driven by servo motors, compared to other's need oil cylinder, it not only avoid oil leakage, also ensure the precision.

Patented product: Two tie rods, single cylinder bidirectional synchronous mold opening and closing center mold clamping mechanism, which makes product quality stable and this design easy to take out the product.
Separate oil source, for parison controller, to ensure better and more stable reaction speed.
Die head:Using 38CrMoALA, 42CrMo and other high-quality materials, made by precision machining and heat treatment.
Excellent flow channel technology and precise machining accuracy, make the color change and material change more efficient. From dark to white much quicker than other suppliers, we have test record. Save cost for you if you need to produce different color products.
